Fletcher Living is a ­new home builder of Fletcher Residential Limited which is part of Fletcher Building, one of New Zealand's largest publicly listed companies and the principal new home builder within the Stonefields development.

Fletchers have been constructing homes throughout New Zealand since James Fletcher started his first home building project in Dunedin in 1909.
